Actually I usually don't spend a lot of time on Yahoo either, but lately one of my 'favorite' sites in my portfolio has been surprising me with how poorly it's doing in Y!.  I'm getting literally 30 times more hits from Google than Yahoo! on this site, which is totally different than what I've experience historically.

About the PHP question--it shouldn't have any difficulties, because PHP just generates HTML that my script pulls.  Is there a complex (or even simple) querystring attached to the URL you're trying?

I'd love to see the site you're having trouble analyzing (with this tool) so that I can identify any issues there may be.
